1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in stylish and functional bags, including everyday bags, travel bags, and fashion accessories designed to combine practicality with modern design.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively to Poland.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Poland: 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier issues or high demand.


4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods available at checkout, such as major credit/debit cards and other trusted payment providers supported by Shopify.


7. Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
